ID Link is the identity verification service of ByteCraft Solutions Ltd., built for Trinidad & Tobago.
2. How we verify identities
Every verification is reviewed by a trained member of our team. No decision is made automatically. The reviewer checks that the document appears genuine and unaltered, that the details the applicant declared match it, and that the selfie matches the document photo. Each decision and its reason are recorded, and so is every time a document is opened.
A verification result is our professional assessment of what was submitted. It is not a check against government records. See our Terms of Use for what a result does and doesn’t mean, and our Privacy Notice for how we handle personal data.
